VORK EN MES - THE EXPERIENCE

For two days i was given the opportunity to experience the hard work in the kitchen myself.
While chopping and cleaning lots of vegetables i could study the chef's expertise and ask everything i wanted to know about what they serve and the way they cook. 
One afternoon i payed a visit to their greenhouse and tasted several types of herbs, leaves and flowers they use in their beautiful salads. Next time i'm cooking from Jonathan Karpathios' cookbook 'ECHT ETEN' i will have in mind all the inspiration i gathered in these few days. Thanks!! to all the nice people working in the kitchen and their patience to explain everything to me.
Yes, the knifes are sharp....
